Manage hiring, training, and discipline for the call center team.
Recruit fluent English-speaking agents for ACA and Medicare campaigns.
Maintain staff performance, attendance, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with management to support daily operations.
Handle probation and performance reviews.
Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
🕕 Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
📆 Probation: 2 months (leading to full-time role)
💰 Starting Salary: PKR 40,000+ (based on performance)
📍 Location: Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
